LEASING OF RESIDENCES WITHIN THE FORT MASON HISTORICAL DISTRICT The National Park Service is offering for lease residential Quarters 2, 3, and 7 East ("Quarters") at Fort Mason, Golden Gate National Recreation Area ("GGNRA"), San Francisco, California. One-year leases at fair market value are being offered for residential use only. Quarters are being offered by sealed bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR 18.6. Bids are due at GGNRA Headquarters, Building 201 Fort Mason, San Francisco, CA 94123, no later than 4:00 p. m., Wednesday, January 13, 1999, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therein. A copy of the Bid Form can be obtained by calling the GGNRA's contractor, Hayman Brothers, at 415-439-4839, or writing to: "Jeff Lance, Hayman Brothers, 580 California St., 16th Floor San Francisco, CA 94104."
