This is an unrestricted solicitation subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7008. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to 4250,000. SIC: 1623 (Water, Sewer, Pipeline, and Communications and Power Line construction). bidders interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request with a company check, certified Cashier's Check, or Money Order in the amount of $15.00 to Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT 06340-5040.
