The soil will be removed from the Former Naval Training Center Bainbridge located near Port Deposit, Maryland. The Subtitle "D" Landfill must be licensed per all applicable state, federal and local requirements. The Government will provide all labor and equipment to load trucks. Contractor will be required to work 12 hour days, 7 days per week. Work schedule is based on load/haul for 3 days followed by a day for stock piling.
