The contractor must have the knowledge, experience, and facilities to provide CURRENT and COMPREHENSIVE data regarding licensed physicians and to ensure that all physicians who perform consultative examinations or review disability files for SSA, have valid credentials. The information obtained shall reveal disciplinary actions, if any, taken against the physician(s) which resulted from formal actions taken by reporting medical licensing and disciplinary boards or other official sources. The information shall include a brief description of the disciplinary action, the date the action was imposed and the date that the sanction was removed. Respondents shall provide material regarding technical capabilities to perform. Cross-referencing to material previously submitted is not recommended. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. This is an information gathering effort only and if further procurement action is taken, additional publication will be done as required. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited.
