Division, Newport RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to establish an
on-site graduate program for a Master of Business Administration
Degree. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The
anticipated period of performance is approximately 36 months so that
entering students will receive their degrees in no more than three
years. The program shall consist of approximately fifteen courses for
a total of 45 to 48 credits. The majority of the classes are to be
on-site instructor-led courses at NUWCDIVNPT. Web-based training
courses and/or distance learning courses are also desired. Class size
will be approximately 25 students. Courses are desired in the following
subject areas: Statistical Analysis, Management Information Systems,
Quantitative Analysis, Financial Management, Economic Concepts for
Managers, Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management, Marketing
Concepts/Mgt(Global Competitiveness), Operations
Management(Program/Project Mgt), Managerial Analysis& Control, Business
Policy & Strategy, Business Society/Ethics & Legal Foundation,
Negotiations (Communications), Interpersonal/Leadership Skills for
Technological Managers, Creating/Implementing Strategy for
Technological Organizations, Creating Processes in Changing
Technological Organizations. The offeror must be accredited by the
American Academy of Collegiate Schools of Business and must be located
within a seventy-five mile radius of NUWCDIVNPT. Award will be made on
a Best Value basis. Offerors will be required to submit technical and
cost proposals. The SIC Code is 8221. Our department no longer issues
