The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposals for MCON Project P-412 of waterfront consolidation facilities at the Commander, U. S. Naval Forces, Guam, M.I. The work includes the construction of a bilge and oily waste treatment, construction of Pass and ID office building, construction of main gate and sentry booths, alterations to existing Buildings 3169 and 3190 and miscellaneous site work, including chain link fence alignment and gates. The work is at COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam, M.I. This project funded by the Military Construction Appropriations Act is subject to employment restrictions and the American Preference Policy. The performance period is 240 calendar days from date of award. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A limited number of plans and specifications will be available on or about 21 December 1998. A definite response date will be established with the issuance of the solicitation.
