for this item. First Article test time is three days. Units to be
tested is one, not separate priced. First Article Test Report is due
498 days after contract award. Offer -A- Contractor Testing is
Required: 8 each will begin deliveries in 912 days with shipments of 8
each every 30 day until completion. Offer -B- Contractor Testing Not
Required: 8 each will begin deliveries in 480 days with shipments of 8
each every 30 days until completion. The following test requirements
are to be included in the contract check: First Article
Approval-Contractor Testing (FAR 52-209-3, ALT I and II). Other
requirements for this Part Number Buy are: Serial Number Assignment
Program(SNAP). The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation(TAMMS).
Contract Data Requirements List(CDRL) level of Preservation and
Packing is A/A. Inspection and acceptance at Origin: FOB Point is
Origin. Preserve and Package in accordance with SPI NO. AH11510076
(Level A). Packing shall be in accordance with AH11510076 (Level A).
Marking of Shipments: The Contractor shall mark all shipments under
this contract in accordance with the edition of MIL-STD-129., "Marking
for shipment and storage" in effect as of the date of the
solicitation. Approve Sources are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co.,
Mesa, AZ 85215 and Fenn Manufacturing Co., Newington, CT 06111. All
responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This
acquisition is subject to availability of funds. Prior procurement
