The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Baltimore, MD, under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-98-G-0084 to perform engineering investigation, analytical analysis, and the production of the resultant 9K-TCR install kits for the Navy's F-14 aircraft. NGC is the sole designer and manufacturer of the aircraft and currently designs all major F-14 structural modifications.
