to respond to this requirement by no later than 11/25/98. See Numbered
Note 22. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items
(services) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation
will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-06. Items and quantities are as follows: 1. Base Premier
Support, Technical Account Management (TAM) -- 1 YR. 2. Fixed Fee TAM
Visit -- 1 EA. 3. Scheduled Onsite -- 1 EA. 4. Additional Contacts --
3 EA. 5. Premier Technet -- 7 EA. Period of performance: Date of award
through 1 year thereafter. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 "Instructions
to Offerors -- Commercial Items" and the clauses 52.212-4 "Contract
Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items" and 52.212-5 "Contract Terms
and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders --
