The following changes are made to the combined synopsis/solicitation: a. The bid opening date and time is changed to read 24 November 1998, 2:00 PM CT. b. The requirement is being solicited on an Unrestricted basis in lieu of being 100% setaside for small business concerns; thereby deleting Numbered Note 1. c. The estimated number of hours for base year and each option period is changed from 295 hours to 245 hours. All responsible concerns may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
