The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0022 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky), 6900 North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 for the Service Tour Extension Process (STEP) and the Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) on Navy H-60 aircraft. Sikorsky will perform an aircraft STEP, incorporate necessary changes and perform the DLM effort at the contractor's main facility or in the field in partnership with the Fleet.
