commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional formation included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are
those in effect through Federal AcquCircular 97-06. The SIC is 7349.
This is a 100% small business setaside. STATEMENT OF WORK: U.S.
Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service,
Wildlife Services has a need for janitorial and maintenance services.
The services will be performed at the National Wildlife Research
Center Building, Colorado State University, Foothills Campus, Fort
Collins, Colorado. WEEKLY TASK for CLEANING REST ROOMS & MUD ROOMS:
Clean/disinfect toilet bowls; Clean wash bowls and mirrors;Restock soap
dispenser;Sweep and dust mop floors; Wet mop and scrub floors; Empty
waste containers; Spot-clean walls; partitions & doors; Dust flat
surfaces; Clean trash containers; Dust vents; Relamp as required;
Quarterly-Clean light fixtures. WEEKLY TASK FOR REMAINDER OF BUILDING:
Sweep, damp and dust mop floors; Vacuum Electro-static floors; Rooms
109 and 113 only; Empty waste containers; Spot-clean walls, partitions
& doors; Clean water fountain;Clean eye wash & emergency showers; Dust
furniture, flat surfaces & window; Bills; Clean wash bowls; Clean trash
containers; Dust vents; Dust blinds; Clean light fixtures, as
required;Clean telephones; & Dust plaques & panels on walls. QUARTERLY:
Clean upholstered furniture; & Clean interior widows, both sides.
SEMI-ANNUALLY: Clean exterior windows, both sides. PREVENTIVE
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE:Preventive maintenance and service for all
building equipment as required by the Operating Maintenance Manuals for
the following equipment: Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation,Air
Conditioning, Walk-in Coolers and Freezers,& Incinerator. The
Contractor must provide a contact for necessary service calls. SNOW
REMOVAL: Snow shall be removed from the following areas when the snow
exceeds 4 inches or whenever the Foothills Campus perform snow removal.
Road to parking lot and parking lot; Road to gate on the northaide of
the building; Road to the dock on the westaide of the building;
Sidewalk from parking lot to main entrance to building.NWRC MAINTANENCE
PROPOSAL FOR ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND STRUCTURAL Maintenance include
all planned/preventative maintenance. List of equipment provided upon
request. Offeror must complete and return Standard Form 1449; Offeror
Representation and Certifications-Commerical Item. The provisions FAR
