The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO)/DTS42 would like to purchase the following items. CLIN 0001, IBM 9672-R21 to R41 Upgrade (Going from 27 MIPs to 48 MIPS), 1 Lot, Clin 0002 IBM Feature 6113 -- Escon Channels, 3 Escon per card, 3 EA, CLIN 0003 IBM Feature 0128 -- 128 MB Memory Card, 1 PR, CLIN 0004 Delivery and Installation. Delivery will be to the Defense Megacenter, St Louis, MO. Note: parts and installation must be OEM certified and Y2K compliant. The final configuration after completion of the upgrades will be an IBM 9672-R41 Processor with 256 MB of Memory, 15 Parallel Channels and 12 ESCON Channels. The upgrade will result in the IBM 9672-R21 to an IBM 9672-R41 CMOS CPU. Delivery is required by 1 Dec 98.
