The VA Regional Office located at the VA Medical and Regional Office Center, Wichita, Kansas is soliciting Veteran Rehabilitation Assistance Services. The services required are Case Management services. There are three levels of service to be rendered. Level I is the basic level of services approved for the majority of our Veteran clients. Under this level, each client would routinely be seen face to face once during each school term. The face to face visit should not usually exceed 1 hour. The aggregate time spent on each client/case should not usually exceed 2 hours per quarter. Level II is required for our Chapter 31 veterans in certain rehabilitation plans such as OJT/Work Experience etc., as well as for veterans in need of problem-solving counseling and support services. Generally contact at this level is on a monthly basis. Level III is for veterans who require an individualized employment assistance plan (IEAP). Contact would be as often as necessary to assure success. This requirement is set aside exclusively for small business, (SIC 8331, $5 Million).
