The contractor produces creative visual information programs to assist U.S. Army recruiters with publicity and market penetration. These services are performed in the Special Purpose Facility at Fort Knox, Kentucky as a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility. Products include graphics, small, large and multi-dimensional traveling exhibits to include a tractor-trailer fleet, multimedia presentations, banners, award plaques and photographic presentations. The contractor provides all trained labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision to perform the services. This synposis is for informational purposes only; no solicitation document currently exists. The Government expects to issue this requirement on an unrestricted basis; however, if there is sufficient interest from small businesses, the requirement may be set aside for small businesses.
