The dining facility shall be open year round, and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals prepared from a prescribed menu format. The contract will be priced on a per meal basis. A Government furnished 250 person dining facility is provided for contractor use. The contractor will be responsible for payment of all facility utilities to include electricity, gas, garbage, off post phone service and have the capability to accept the U.S. Government Federal Purchase Credit Card for some payments.
