The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alliant Techsystems, Inc., 600 Second Street, NE, Hopkins, MN 55343-8384 a modification to contract N00178-98-C-1024 for continued effort in the Engineering and Manufacturing Development of the EX419 Multi-function Fuze (MFF) program. The effort under this modification is primarily for the review of design changes that have been made to accommodate the MOFA battery shape, perform software changes to correct the set problems, and to correct the Pre-Arm subroutine.
