Box 303, East Orleans, MA, 02643, to assist the Office of Justice Programs in securing consistency input to a plan to enhance the adminstrative and management structures of the federal criminal justice grant-in-aid programs. Ms. Holden has worked with the National Criminal Justice Association and has a specialized knowledge in monitoring the development and analyzing the potential impact of legislative and federal administrative actions affecting management of federal criminal justice grant-in-aid programs. Ms. Holden has assisted several OJP program office's in carrying out projects to examine and develop strategies for addressing intra-agency policy, programmatic, and administrative issues. It is recommended that Ms. Holden complete this project because of her experience and previous background with grant-in-aid programs This purchase order will be negotiated under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 252(c)(1) -- Only One Responsible Source with Unique Capabilities.
