This modification will incorporate an additional 160 data and voice drops and Mutli Mode Fiber Cables that are required to complete our 9th floor office space. The contractor has already installed drops and cables on the third and part of the ninth floor office space. It would neither be cost-effective nor time effective for the Government to identify another Contractor to complete this cabling project. This modificaiton will be negotiated under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 252 (c)(1) -- Only One Responsible Source with unique Capabilities. This is not a request for quotations.
