Expression of Interest To obtain expressions of interest from qualified parties to operate the Wadsworth Theatre under an "Enhanced Sharing Agreement" as defined by P.L. 104-262 and 38 U.S.C. 8151 and 8153 with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The 1250 seat, fully fixturized theatre has been well known as a "Performing Arts" Theatre and Screening facility for feature films. Projection equipment and screen available in addition to sound, lighting, and stage equipment. The Wadsworth Theatre is a landmark building in the Spanish Colonial style and is located on the Department of Veterans Affairs property fronting Wilshire Boulevard in Westwood, CA. Interested parties should send a brief letter of introduction to Jon Wilson, Contracting Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs.
