This package consists of, but is not limited to building, utility distribution, and roadway/parking construction; management of construction operations; etc. The time for completion for all related work is 670 calendar days after notice to proceed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, material, equipment and services to complete this project on time. The magnitude of this work is greater than $10,000,000.00.
