The work consists of the following: site preparation and excavation; relocation of a three inch water line for the footing excavation; new concrete footings along with all cut and field required; new pre-engineered metal shed with 8 foot extension over the existing building; new overhead lighting in the shed; new lighting protection for the shed; new overhead concave viewing mirrors; and painting. Contractor shall arrange work so as to keep interruption and interference with depot operations to an absolute minimum. Estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. One Job.
