Renovate second floor at Building N-27 located at U.S. Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 60 days. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment, and perform all operations necessary to renovate Room 212 and adjacent area into a new retail space as detailed on drawings and specifications. Contractor shall remove, dispose and salvage certain existing items as specifically noted in plans, such as doors and frames. Demolish various existing non-bearing walls and construct new walls as detailed on drawings, as well as remove tile and existing carpeting, underlayment, prep base floor as required to install new carpet tile. New and existing walls will be treated in accordance with plans, acoustically insulated, properly prepared and painted. Provide new access/egress, doors, openings, etc. and furnish and install new carpet tile (approx. 450 sy) in the areas indicated. Electrical work shall primarily involve providing some additional power outlets and lighting to various areas of the project limits as shown on contract drawings. Minor incidental work shall also be required such as trim, baseboard, wall and floor transition treatment, moulding, etc. to produce an attractive, functional and completely useable store area.
