This provisions of this project are to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision to install new metal siding and roofing over the existing, reframe and replace two (2) man doors and replace three (3) roll-up doors, Two options include a) to epoxy coat the floor, and b) to install pallet racks. The Plum Island animal Disease Center is United States Government property and is located approximately two (2) miles east of Orient Point, Long Island, New York on the extreme northeastern end of Long Island, and can only be reached by government provided marine transportation.
