Stock Number PDCEP0068 C, Pull-Tester Model #1620CC, Manufact* Applied-Test-Systems, Inc., P/N. NOTE: Universal Test Machine, Load frame capacity: 22,500 LB.. (100.0KN), power requirements: 230 VAC, 3 PH 60 HZ. System include the following standard equipment: Series 1620 Twin ball screw belt drive load from as follows: Horizontal Clearance: 22 3/4in. (580) mm); Vertical Clearance and Crosshead travel 47 in (1195 mm), Speed range: 0.002-20 in./min (0.05-510 mm/min).; Emergency Stop System, overtravel limits; preloaded all screws. Temperature measurement and control. Manual test mode is accessible from a single menu with the following function: Up, Down, Stop, Return to Zero, increase or decreased speed. The following parameters will be displayed during a test: Real time graph, current load, displacement, and stress. The following functions are available: Entry of units, speed select, specimen dimension input, and manual zero. Testing with or without specimen inputs. The end of the test allows the following results displayed digitally. Selections for printing of storing data. Capability to return system to zero, then start new test. Provisions FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following are addenda to FAR Clause 52.212-1: Paragraph (c) Period of acceptance of offers; the offeror agrees to hold their prices of their quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, price shall be evaluated by multiplying each offeror's proposed unit price by the each line item, taking into consideration any applicable Buy American differentials. Discounts for early payments, if offered, will not be considered in the evaluation for award. Each reference must contain the name, address and telephone number of the company or government agency for which a contract was performed as well as a contact person, and contract number if applicable.
