The USSS has a required for qty. one (1) industrial manipulator to handle various automotive transparent armor (Glass) windshields and backlites and to potentially be suspended from an existing overhead crane. Requirement shall include an extra head to handle sheet metal, MAX dimensions 4 feet x 8 feet, training manuals, delivery and freight; handle material to the following: Max loads to 600 LBS, MAX dimensions to 4 feet x 6 feet, Min dimensions to 1'6 inches x 5 feet. Specifications as follows: Compressed air operated, vacuum hold, lift from ground level to 8 feet, one (1) man operation, 360% rotation at the X axis, 180% rotation at the Y axis, 180% rotation at the Z axis.
