Offerors shall also provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Contractor Establishment Code (DUNS), and Tax Identification Number. Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commerical Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government based on the following factors: (1) Technical Capability, (2) Past Performance, and (3) Price. Technical capability shall include, but is not limited to compatibility with the aforementioned existing items and timeliness of performance (best delivery date). Past performance shall include, but is not limited to experience with similar contracts with the Government of similar magnitude and acceptable performance. Offerors shall providetechnical information and a minimum of three past performance references, preferably government references. Technical and past performance when combined are more important than price. The resulting award will incorporate the requirements of the clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items.
