The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Life Cycle support services for the A-6, EA-6, F-5, F-14 and E-2 series aircraft. The services for this acquisition will include engineering, technical, logistics, test, inspection, calibration, repair, maintenance, equipment upgrade installation, configuration management, and other services required to resolve problems and issues which develop on these aircraft. No property or equipment will be provided by the Government. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Military Aircraft Systems Division, P.O. Box 1839, St. Augustine, FL 32067-1839, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Services are anticipated to be provided for a basic period of 1 year with 4 one-year options. A time and material contract will be awarded asa result of this quotation.
