The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM), Division of Exhibitions, Washington, DC, has identified a requirement to provide design drawing and detailing services using the software application `Form Z Renderzone, 2.9.5.5 for MAC Power PC' to support the original design concept, `thematic and technical schemes' for the Museum's next major special exhibition and several smaller presentations. The Contractor must be highly proficient and intimately knowledgeable with `Form Z Renderzone', its extensions, and its integration with other applications. The Contractor must be available to work on site at the USHMM to review and discuss the development of the exhibition designs, and to perform and produce drawings in collaboration with the Director of Design and Production. Quotation must include an hourly rate, and should be constructed for an estimated twenty (20) hours per week, for a performance period of December 15, 1998 through September 30, 1999. Projects will be solicited on an as-needed basis. The resulting contract will be awarded as a commercial item purchase. Ordering will be by separate task order for actual requirements. The SIC is 7389 size standard is $5.0 million. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror after evaluation of price and technical. It is estimated that evaluation and award will be made by December 15, 1998.
