Saracino for consultation services on the assessment of the feasibility of incorporating conjunctive-use programs in the CALFED alternatives, as well as liaison to the Secretary for Resources. The prerequisite for this award was a detailed understanding of CALFED's Groundwater/Conjunctive Use proposals through discussions with staff and a review of CALFED documents. Mr. Saracino's recognized expertise in the area of conjunctive water and groundwater management as well as his current role as CALFED groundwater outreach cooridinator makes him uniquely qualified for this position. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. No solicitation exists, and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within 5 days after date of this publicatiion of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
