FIXED SITE SCAMP WARRANTY The Single Channel Anti-jam (SCAMP) Terminal Program, Contract DAAB07-96-C-A760 will be modified to procure a Warranty extension for twenty-nine (29) Fixed Site SCAMP (FSS) terminals, increasing the current length of coverage from 18 months to 60 months. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competition for this item. Rockwell Collins is the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements.
