The Contractor shall furnish all labor (to include facilitators, instructors, and surveyors), material, equipment, and supervision for providing pre-JCAHO accreditation services, to include full mock surveys and specially focused educational services on individual chapters of the JCAHO Manuals. These services shall be provided on an as-needed basis for Walter Reed Army Medical Center and other medical facilities within the Army's North Atlantic Regional Medical Command. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price requirements contract, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. The contract period will be for 12 months with four 12 month option periods.
