This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-09. Standard Industrial Classification code: 8299. Small business size standard: 18.5 million. Quotes are solicited from all business sources. This RFQ contains three (3) contract line item numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 C-12 Initial Academic/Simulator Training, annual Est Qty 7 flight crews; CLIN 0002 C-12 Refresher Academic/Simulator Training, annual Est Qty 6 flight crews; and CLIN 0003 C-12 Instructor Pilot Academic/Simulator Training, annual Est Qty 5 flight crews. Vendor is to provide complete flight simulator training for two-person flight crew in C12F and C12J (Beechcraft 1900C) aircraft. Period of Performance: A blanket purchase agreement is contemplated, which will be effective for up to 5 years. Prices are solicited for the initial year: Jan through Dec 99.
