Headquarters Air Force Space Command anticipates issuing a solicitation for competitive sourcing under OMB Circular A-76 for the following activities: Air Force Military and Civilian Education Services, Military Personnel Computer Support Services, Base On-the-Job Training services, Formal Training services, Military Testing services, Military Personnel Records Management and management of the Civilian Air Force Awards and Decorations Program. This is a multi-wing effort for Air Force Space Command. Contractor shall provide requested services for FE Warren AFB Wy, Malmstrom AFB MT, Peterson AFB CO, Patrick AFB FL, Vandenberg AFB CA, and Buckley Air National Guard CO. This survey is intended to determine the level of interest and capability of commercial industry to provide these services. The government makes no guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of the competition of these workloads. Potential offerors interested in participating must RSVP to the contracting officer by 4 Jan 1999. All potential offerors are highly encouraged to submit changes and improvements to the statement of work (especially those incorporating commercial practices). Submit recommendations to the contracting officer on or before 7 Jan 1999. There is no prescribed format for this submittal.
