completed the required engineering test(s) will be considered for award
of this flight safety part. Firms are encouraged to seek source

Shopping List (CASL) procedures. The proposed contract action is for
supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or
drawings. Acquisition is restricted to the only approved source, Bell
