Solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about December 15, 1998. The Solicitaion has been changed from a Federal Supply Schedule to an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with multiple suppliers. The Solicitation is a "standing" opportunity for new offers. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during the life of this solicitation. The IDIQ period is continuous and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award for a period of five years unless further extended pursuant to any Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, or canceled sooner.
