HCFA will use commercial items procedures to contract directly with Rx2000 Solutions Institute. The membership will allow HCFA to access health care industry information to assist HCFA in its Y2K planning efforts. The information will help HCFA plan for and mitigate Y2K ripple impacts across the health care provider community. Rx2000 Solutions Institute is a unique source of the information.
