Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and
supervision necessary to expand an Environmental Parameters Control
System (EPCS) in Bldg 220, Hill AFB UT. This requirement shall consist
of adding to and modifying an existing NOVAR Logic one control system
in accordance with the Statement of Work. Delivery: 60 days ARO
Installation of NOVAR enviromental parameters control system. Due to
the nature of this acquisition, only one responsible source exists.
Installation of the NOVAR Logic One environmental control system
(manufactured by NOVAR Controls Corp) must be accomplished by an
authorized dealer. This new system must interface with an existing
NOVAR system currently in operation and configuration control must be
maintained. The only authorized dealer within Ut is Team Mechanical

approximate issue/response date will be 14 DEC 1998. The anticipated
award date will be 18 Jan 1999. Written procedure will be used for this

a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. It is
suggested that small business firms or others interested in

appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during
the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the
Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or
contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues,
disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict
confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not
participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection
