Service is seeking sources to provide food services for the INS Service
Processing Center located at Building 505, Calle Gun Esquina Calle
Belt, Ramey, Puerto Rico. This requirement involves off-site
preparation of three freshly prepared meals daily, of which the evening
meal and one other meal will be hot, seven days a week for
approximately 45 adult male and female detainees. Contractor shall have
the facilities and furnish all necessary labor, supplies, equipment,
and transportation to prepare, transport, display and serve food, as
well as providing suitable containers for use in the microwave for
heating items requiring reheating prior to serving. An emergency
contingency plan to insure availability of meals during inclement
weather or unforseen circumstances is required. Scheduled services to
