The work includes, but is not limited to, providing labor and material to install polyvinylchloride (PVC), non-lead, mini blinds and vertical blinds in occupied and unoccupied living quarters of various housing areas. The work also includes removing existing hardware and minor repairs on the existing door and window jambs. SIC Code 1799 applies. Estimated cost: $500,000 to $1,000,000. The contract term will be a base period of 12 months plus two option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 36 months.
