AT PIGEON POINT DGPS SITE, PESCADERO, CA. Furnish all labor, materials,
supervision, transportation, equipment and all other necessary items
required to accomplish the repair of the access road at Pigeon Point
DCPS Site. The work includes but is not limited to installation of
corrugated polyethylene culverts and drainage ditches for the existing
access road; placement and compaction of an aggregate base course on
the existing access road; pavement of the access road with asphalt
concrete; pavement of a walkway leading from the access road to each
reference mast; installation of a new access gate at the site entrance.
The performance period is 100 calendar days from receipt of Notice to
Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small
business. The SIC code is 1611 and the small business size standard is
$17.0M. Drawings and Specifications can be purchased on a first come
first served basis at the rate of $15.00 per set. Requests accepted by
mail only and must include payment in the applicable amount by
Cashier's Check or Money Order, made payable to theU.S. Coast Guard.

Loansare available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
receivable financing. Anticipated bid issue date is 15 December 1998,
