The requirement is for technical services for Software Development and Configuration Management for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Integrated Combat Systems Test Facility (ICSTF), San Diego, CA. The proposed contract will have a base year with three (3) one year options. The level of effort is estimated as follows: Base Year -- 46,080 manhours; Option Year One -- 44,160 manhours; Option Years Two and Three 40,320 manhours. The anticipated award date is 23 June 1999. The proposed contract effort will cover the following tasking on various components of the ICSTF Simulation Support System: (a) Computer Program and Design and Software Engineering, (b) Computer Program Code and Documentation Development, (c) Quality Assurance, (d) Life Cycle Maintenance, (e) Computer Program Delivery, (f) Configuration Management, (g) Support Systems Operation and (h) Technical and Management Support. The type of Contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. Current U.S. SECRET and appropriate facility clearance are required.
