We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorships for the Elmendorf Youth Center's Spring Fling/Easter Egg Scramble on 10 April 99 at Elmendorf AFB, AK. This event will be open to all military youth and their families on the base. This is approximately 12,000 members. We are requesting sponsorship/donations for plastic eggs,candy to fill the eggs with, Easter Baskets and other prizes to give out to the children who attend. Ages will range from 2 thru 16 years of age. We will allow the sponsor(s) to set up a booth and/or displays at the event as well as banners. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and encouraged. Additives will be considered. requests for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than 19 March 1999.
