The carnival is the seasons grand finale and is open to all military and civilians. We are asking for sponsorship of enough food and drinks for 500 people for the week end event. We would accept gift certificates for ski clothing, and equipment and/or other related items. As a grand prize we are seeking a recreational type vehicle, such as a snow machine or a four wheeler. In addition we are seeking sponsorship for awards and trophies to be given out at the event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be recieved no later than 26 Febuary 1999. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentalityt of the United States Government.
