We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Child Development Center's Imagination Celebration/Month of the Military Child program. This event is scheduled for the 23rd of April 1999. We are seeking sponsorship/donations in the following areas, Gift certificates for services, childrens toys, bicycles, or like items, fishing trips, outings, excursions, or like tours. We are also seeking sponsorship/donations for art supplies such as crayons, paints paper, etc. for booths as well as give aways for the children. We would be willing to accept any and all donations. These items would be used as give aways at the event. Children as well as parents will attend and participate in this highly celebrated event. Last years attendance was approximately 650 families. We are also seeking food and beverage donations/sponsorship for this event. The total sponsorship for this event would be $2,500-$3,000. We will alow the sponsor(s) to set up a booth or displays at the event as well as hang banners. Advertising will be conducted at all areas of the base. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation for this event. Additives will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and encouraged. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be recieved no later than 2 April 1999. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government.
