The government intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Applied Systems Engineering for they hold the proprietary rights to the equipment, necessary schematics and spare parts needed to repair the model 176 amplifiers back to original specification. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Bldg. 665, 47179 Vaughn Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670-1614 within 90 days after contract award.
