Gonzales 210-652-5141 Work consists of nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform operational management of the Active Duty Master Personnel Records Activity at the Air Force Personnel Center, Randolph AFB, TX in accordance with the performance work statement. Contract performance period will be a basic contract period commencing 01 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 00 plus four one-year option periods. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 7374. The government will evaluate offers for all option years contained in the solicitation when awarding the basic contract. Acquisition is offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) business concerns. Interested eligible 8(a) firms are encouraged to submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation. This acquisition is the result of an OMB A-76 Cost Comparison Study to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by Government performance is more economical.
