This includes concrete foundation, reinforcing steel, CMU exterior walls, steel roof structure, all mechanical and electrical work, finishes, concrete and asphaltic paving, and landscapping. This project is listed under SIC 1542, $17,000.00. The estimated bid opening date is 22 January 1999. The estimated construction period is 270 calendar days with estimated construction completion of 10 November 1999. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Solicitation will be available approximately 8 December 1998. The solicitation package will be limited to one set per bidder and will be issued on a first come first serve basis as the number of copies is limited.
