The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IN USA, Inc. for the acquisition of the following: five (5) each SOLENT Model 1210R3 Research Symmetric 3-Axis Ultrasonic Anemometer with Transducers aligned about the vertical axis and one (1) each SOLENT Model Wind Master Pro 3 axis Ultrasonic Anemometer system with 10Hz data output rate. Delivery to the Atmospheric Turbulence and Diffusion Division, Air Resources Lab, Oak Ridge, TN shall be 45 days after receipt of contract. The statutory authority for less than full and open competition is 41 USC 253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Interested persons must indicate their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within 10 days of this announcement.
