Cimarron Medical Informatics is a small business. We are utilizing them as a sole-source contractor because of their development of the IHS's RPMS system, extensive experience with the Indian Health Service Patient Care Component (PCC), third party billing software, and knowledge of internal policies regarding information technology requirements of the IHS.
